This property is 9 minutes walk from the beach. Kore Tulum Retreat & Spa Resort is an adult only luxury resort located outside the town and over the seafront of Tulum. This all-inclusive property offers á la carte breakfast and an extensive outdoor pool, gardens and sun terraces. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away.
All the suites feature a flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning and a minibar. Including a spa bath, the private bathrooms also come with a hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers. What was the highlight of Kore Tulum Retreat Resort

Staff were so lovely and so attentive. Went over and beyond to serve us, and make sure we were comfortable at all times.

The quality of food at dinner was the only thing we were disappointment with. The menu is suited towards the American guests. I'd recommend having more local dishes on the menu, rather than Oriental and Italian options. But in saying that the lunches and breakfasts were delightful.

Being all inclusive made food options very easy. Staff was great and very helpful with everything.

Water issues a few times. I guess that’s typical in Tulum. The only beach access was with transportation to a near by beach club since there is no beach access from Kore. The free bikes are pretty run down.

What was the highlight of Kore Tulum Retreat Resort

From other reviews we almost didn’t book however we are so glad we did. The staff were super friendly, the place is in a great location between town and the beaches either side. The bikes are a little old but they get you around and it’s the perfect place to cycle and explore. Breakfast was amazing, I would recommend the omelettes. There was lots of choice and variety on the evening menu. Great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surrounds. We would definitely stay here again.

Shame there wasn’t much in the way of evening entertainment but you can go into town which is only a short distance to find love bands.

Hardworking and great service by the waiters and servers. Room was clean, spacious and beautiful. Location was on par and perfect.

Felt somewhat a soul-less place. No warmth.

What was the highlight of Kore Tulum Retreat Resort

I was travelling alone and after eating in the resort restaurant I became ill. The staff kindly sent a driver to the pharmacy to buy me Imodium as there was none available in the resort gift shop.

The food was very average – the room service, the buffet and the restaurant. Many of the staff had poor English and got my order wrong more than once. The free bicycles were all gone by 9.30am. The bathroom doors in the ladies toilet beside the swimming pool were both broken. The water pressure in the shower was very weak.

Beautiful grounds and ocean views. We had the ocean front suite with a terrace, probably one of the best in the resort.

Very low water pressure in the room shower, bed was hard and rooms are a little dated. The all-inclusive food was not good. Luckily there are many great restaurants south of the Kore. If someone is looking for an all-inclusive resort in Tulum - this is the only option. We won't stay there again, but definitely will go back to Tulum soon. It is amazing!

The meditation and Yoga with Gabo was exceptional.

The bikes are rusted and old, the chains fall off, and they have no baskets, torn seats and no handles on some. For a five star resort with everything within biking distance, this should be a priority for upgrade. The yoga mats are also old, dirty, and haven’t been sprayed clean. Having new mats with a hygiene system for guests would be encouraged.

No beach access! AC in room only would work on high setting and cold air blew directly on the bed. Service was decent and staff was friendly.

no swimming beach on property but beach club 10 minutes away outside evening dining option not offered every night information about local sights and tours could have been better
